DOSSIER 00 / CONTENT ARBITRAGE
We bring the spend. You bring the inventory.
Newton Infotech buys paid traffic into content and is paid on the margin between what a click costs and what the session earns. We operate the buy side, we carry the risk on it, and we are looking for partners who hold the other half of the loop.
MONTHLY DEPLOYMENT
$400K/ MONTH
What we place across native, social and search inside a calendar month. A deployment figure, not a forecast and not a peak month quoted as a rate.
COMMITTED IN A QUARTER
$1M/ QUARTER
The largest commitment we have carried across a single quarter. We state the quarter total rather than back-solving a monthly average from it, because the two are not the same claim.
ALL FIGURES IN USD UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.
TRUSTED PARTNERS
Shinez · Pub+
Our own characterisation of the relationships. Neither company has made any statement about Newton Infotech, and nothing on this page should be read as an endorsement by either.
DOSSIER 01 / CAPACITY
The numbers, with their labels attached.
Two figures, both ours, stated as what they are. We have not multiplied one into the other or back-solved a monthly average from a quarterly total, because those would be different claims.
DAILY PACING AT CAPACITY
≈ $13.1K / day
$400K spread across a month. This is the number to forecast yield against, because a monthly figure never arrives all at once.
HIGHEST DAILY SPEND ABSORBED
[X]K / day
This matters more than the monthly figure. It decides whether we can keep pace with a creative on the day it validates rather than the week after.

Accounts are the asset in this business, so we count them rather than describe them.
TO CONFIRM · NEWTON TO CONFIRMSETTLEMENT TERMS WE WORK ON
[NET-?]
Spend leaves daily; monetisation settles on partner terms. Who funds that gap is the first commercial question, and we answer it on the call rather than asserting a balance sheet here.
TO CONFIRM · NEWTON TO CONFIRM TERMS AND FUNDINGDOSSIER 02 / HOW THE MONEY MOVES
Six steps. One inequality.
Content arbitrage is one closed loop and one inequality: session RPM has to clear the cost of a thousand visitors by enough to survive fees, clawbacks and payout shaving. Which side owns which step is the first thing a call settles, so every step below is marked.
- 01MIXED
Content
Some properties are ours; some belong to the partner we are buying for. We state which on a per-deal basis rather than implying a portfolio we do not wholly own.
- 02PARTNER
Plumbing
Placements, header-bidding wrapper, and ads.txt and sellers.json entries for every demand partner before a click is bought. Where the content is ours, this is ours too.
- 03NEWTON
Acquisition
Traffic bought into that content across native and social, every click carrying an ID that survives to the session. This is the half of the loop we fund.
- 04PARTNER
Session
The auction fires on every pageview. Revenue is session RPM × sessions × fill. We report session RPM, not page RPM — pagination inflates one and not the other.
- 05SHARED
Attribution
Revenue reconciled back to the campaign, ad set and creative that bought the click. Most publishers do not have this step. Its absence is the whole difference between arbitrage and guessing.
- 06NEWTON
Reinvestment
Margin funds tomorrow's spend. The loop is bounded by cash cycle, not by ideas — which is why the first commercial question is settlement terms.
PROFIT / 1,000 VISITORS
Session RPM − (CPC × 1,000)
The business in one line. Every other number here moves one of those two terms. There is no third term to hide in.
SESSION RPM
(revenue ÷ sessions) × 1,000
Sessions, not pageviews. A visitor who reads five pages is one visitor; counting them five times is how a dashboard talks an operator into scaling a loss.
MARGIN
(revenue − spend) ÷ revenue
We are judged on this and not on spend. Volume is only evidence that the margin held while the volume grew.
DOSSIER 03 / TRAFFIC AND INVENTORY
We fail one trait of five.
The ANA, 4A's, ISBA and WFA publish shared criteria for identifying made-for-advertising inventory, and buyers apply them with discretion — a flagged property loses demand whether or not it is policy-compliant. One of the five is true of us. We are not going to argue it away; we are going to show you the other four.
Ad-to-content ratio at or above roughly twice the internet average.
Capped at [X]% per template, counting Google and non-Google units together.
TO CONFIRM · CONFIRM CAP AND TEMPLATE AUDITAuto-refreshing placements, autoplay, forced slideshow pagination.
Our standard is none of the three. On properties we operate this is ours to hold; on partner properties it is a condition we ask for.
TO CONFIRM · CONFIRM THIS HOLDS ACROSS ALL OPERATED PROPERTIESHigh paid-traffic share with little organic audience.
True of us. That is what content arbitrage is. We print the split rather than leave your analyst to estimate it.
Generic, syndicated or templated content.
Original editorial with named bylines and human sign-off before publication. Where we use AI assistance we say so, which raises the review burden rather than lowering it.

TO CONFIRM · CONFIRM CWV FIGURES PER TEMPLATEDOSSIER 04 / WHY WE ARE A SAFE COUNTERPARTY
Your account is the one at risk.
A monetisation partner taking our traffic is putting its own policy standing behind our buying. That asymmetry is the real subject of any first conversation, so we would rather open with it than be asked.
INVALID TRAFFIC
Measured by someone who is not us.
GIVT and SIVT reported separately, by an MRC-accredited vendor. We will name the vendor on the call; if we are not engaged with one, we will say that instead of implying we are.
TO CONFIRM · NAME VENDOR OR CUT THIS ROWSUPPLY CHAIN
Declared before a click is bought.
ads.txt and sellers.json entries in place for every demand partner, kept current as the partner list changes. Buyers validate those files pre-bid, so a stale entry is lost revenue before it is a compliance problem.
CONSENT · BRAZIL
LGPD, and what the ANPD says consent is not.
The ANPD has been explicit that a cookie wall is not consent, that reject must sit at equal prominence to accept, and that non-essential tags must not fire before a choice is made. Our implementation against each point is a question we answer with a screenshot, not a sentence.
TO CONFIRM · CONFIRM CMP, BANNER LANGUAGE, PER-PURPOSE GRANULARITYPOLICY HISTORY
Our enforcement record, stated as elapsed time.
A partner underwriting our traffic is underwriting our enforcement history. We give the review period and the count rather than a claim of being clean.
TO CONFIRM · MONTHS WITHOUT POLICY-DRIVEN ACCOUNT LOSSWhere a row above is marked TO CONFIRM, we would rather leave it visibly empty than fill it with something we cannot put a document behind. Everything on this page is intended to survive the diligence it invites.
DOSSIER 05 / WHO WE WORK WITH
Two partners, named once.
We name them because of what the integrations require of us operationally, not to borrow anyone's balance sheet.
CONTENT & MONETISATION
Shinez
A Tel Aviv content-monetisation operator running a portfolio of owned portals across fashion, food and travel. Buying to their standards means our traffic clears an operator that monetises at scale every day.
ATTRIBUTION & RECONCILIATION
Pub+
The attribution platform built for content distribution: it ties ad revenue back to the campaign that bought the visit. Running on it means our spend is reconciled against the revenue it returned, at campaign level, rather than at month end.
WHY THE ATTRIBUTION SHAPE MATTERS
Our spend data and your revenue data reconcile on campaign.
Attribution platforms built for content distribution resolve revenue to campaign, ad set and creative. Publisher-side forecasting increasingly drills the same way — site, then campaign, then country — specifically so a paid campaign diverging from forecast is caught intraday rather than at consolidation. Those two datasets are the same shape and join on campaign ID. We will push our spend side into that comparison from the first week, so your predicted-versus-actual gap has a cause attached to it instead of a question mark.
DOSSIER 06 / TWO WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Pick the half you already own.
We are useful to two different kinds of company, and the deal is not the same in both cases. What we need from you is listed as plainly as what we bring.
IF YOU MONETISE INVENTORY
You hold the demand path. We hold the spend.
You run the ad stack, the yield optimisation and the policy surface. We bring funded, tracked traffic into it and take the margin risk on the buy.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- The demand path named: direct Ad Manager with AdX, MCM Manage Inventory with us as child publisher, or a defined header-bidding stack. It changes who holds the policy liability.
- Settlement terms in writing — net days, currency, and any holdback against clawback. That number sets our daily ceiling.
- Revenue at campaign level, not account level. Site to campaign to country, intraday if you have it.
- Shared alerting both ways. A policy notice or invalid-traffic flag on your side should reach us the moment it reaches you.
IF YOU OWN CONTENT AND OFFERS
You hold the inventory. We become the buying desk.
You have validated content, creative and a monetisation path. We add funded buying capacity against it — no headcount, no onboarding runway, no office.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Access to the content and offers we may buy into, with the approval route for new assets and who signs off.
- Which accounts we buy on — yours or ours — and whose entity carries the platform relationship.
- The margin basis: rev-share, CPA, or spend-plus, and how a bad day is split.
- Geos and languages you are not already staffing. That is where added capacity earns rather than cannibalises.
We answer every one of those questions about ourselves on the first call. We are asking the same of you.
DOSSIER 07 / THE FIRST 90 DAYS
Small first, on purpose.
Nobody should take $400K a month of traffic from a counterparty they have not watched at $5K. The ramp below is the one we propose, and we are happy to start lower than you expect.
PROPOSED RAMP
We will start on shorter settlement terms, or prepay, and ask to graduate against milestones we agree in week one. We are not asking a new partner to extend credit against traffic they have not seen yet.
DOSSIER 08 / FIRST CALL
Thirty minutes. Five questions.
The agenda is published so nobody spends the first fifteen minutes establishing what the call is for.
- 01Which geos and languages, and which platforms you want the volume on.
- 02Which side monetises, and which demand path that puts the policy liability on.
- 03How margin splits, and what happens on a day that loses money.
- 04Starting daily volume, and the number we step to once it holds.
- 05What each side needs to see before the first dollar moves.
OR SKIP THE CALL — THE COUNTERPARTY PACK
One file, sent on request, so your analyst can run the first gate without us in the room.
Property and inventory list
What we operate, what we buy into, with ads.txt and sellers.json state for each.
Source ledger
Every platform we buy on and its share of monthly spend, refreshed each reporting cycle.
Invalid-traffic measurement
GIVT and SIVT separately, from a named third party.
Consent setup by market
CMP, banner behaviour and per-purpose granularity, with Brazil called out separately.
Attribution sample
One quarter of spend against attributed revenue at campaign level, redacted for property names.
Send us the gate. We will answer it.
If you run a formal partner-onboarding process, tell us which stage you want us to enter at and what you need in hand before it. We would rather start at your first gate than ask for an exception to it.
